   FreePathshala is a community-led NGO dedicated to educating and empowering the children of migrant construction workers in Gurgaon, India. Our initiatives include:
   
   Raddi Se Tarakki (RST): Collecting household waste paper and recyclables to fund education.
   Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS): Distributing pre-loved items with dignity to families in need.
2. Eligibility to Use
   Anyone is welcome to visit our website and learn about our work.
   To make a donation, schedule a pickup, or participate in programs, you must be 18 years or older or have consent from a parent/guardian.
3. Donations & Contributions
   All monetary and in-kind donations are voluntary.
   Donations once made are non-refundable, except in cases of proven transaction error (as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
   We reserve the right to refuse or return in-kind contributions that do not meet our safety or usability standards.
4. Scheduling Pickups
   Raddi Se Tarakki (RST) and Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS) pickups must be scheduled through our official channels (WhatsApp, phone, or website).
   Pickup dates and times are subject to route planning and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Use of Content
   All photographs, videos, text, and designs on our website and social media are the property of FreePathshala unless otherwise stated.
   You may share our content for non-commercial, awareness, or educational purposes with proper credit.
   Commercial use or modification of our materials without written permission is prohibited.
6. Volunteer Participation
   Volunteers must follow FreePathshala’s guidelines and code of conduct.
   We reserve the right to discontinue a volunteer’s participation if their behavior is inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful to the community.

   We respect your privacy.
   Any personal information collected (name, phone number, address, email, etc.) is used only for operational purposes and will not be sold or shared without consent.
