Shipping & Delivery Policy – FreePathshala

At FreePathshala, our “shipping” process mainly involves:

• Pickups – collecting recyclable items under our Raddi Se Tarakki (RST) initiative and pre-loved goods under Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS).
• Deliveries/Distributions – delivering donated goods to beneficiary families and distributing resources to children in our programs.

We aim to handle every pickup and delivery with care, efficiency, and transparency.

1. Pickups – Raddi Se Tarakki (RST)

• Scheduling: Pickups can be scheduled via WhatsApp, phone, or our website.
• Service Areas: Currently available within Gurgaon city limits.
• Timelines: Most pickups are completed within 3–5 working days of scheduling, depending on route planning.
• Changes/Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without any issue.

2. Pickups – Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS)

• Scheduling: Same process as RST pickups.
• Service Areas: Gurgaon city limits only.
• Accepted Items: Only safe, usable, and clean pre-loved goods (clothing, household items, etc.) will be accepted.
• Timelines: Pickups are completed within 5–7 working days, depending on volume and route.

3. Deliveries to Beneficiaries

• Method: All distributions are made directly by FreePathshala’s team or verified volunteers.
• Schedule: Deliveries are made as per need and project timelines; no fixed delivery date is promised to contributors.
• Tracking: Contributors may request photographs or updates of their donated items being used/distributed, subject to privacy and dignity considerations for beneficiaries.

4. Shipping for Paid Merchandise or Event Kits (if applicable)

• Delivery Areas: Currently within India only.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 working days depending on your location.
• Shipping Charges: Will be mentioned at the time of checkout, if applicable.

5. Delays

We will make every effort to meet pickup and delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic restrictions
• Public holidays
• Operational challenges
