Cancellation & Refund Policy – FreePathshala

At FreePathshala, our mission is to educate and empower the children of migrant construction workers through community-driven initiatives like Raddi Se Tarakki (RST) and Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS). We are grateful for the trust and support you extend to us through your donations and contributions.

Since our work relies on responsible use of every rupee and every resource we receive, we follow a transparent but strict Cancellation & Refund Policy as outlined below:

1. Donations
   All monetary and in-kind donations made to FreePathshala are non-refundable.
   Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled, as funds and materials are immediately allocated towards ongoing educational programs and community needs.
2. Raddi Se Tarakki (RST) Collections
   If you have scheduled a Raddi Se Tarakki pickup, you may cancel or reschedule it up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our team via WhatsApp or phone.
   Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a delay in rescheduling due to route planning constraints.
   As Raddi contributions are collected in kind, no refunds are applicable.
3. Sammaan Ka Saaman (SKS) Contributions
   For Sammaan Ka Saaman (pre-loved goods) pickups, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
   Once items are collected, they cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are directly allocated to families in need.
4. Event/Workshop Registrations
   In the case of paid events, workshops, or fundraising activities, cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the event date for a full refund.
   Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be eligible for 50% refund only if seats can be reallocated.
   No refund will be provided for no-shows.
5. Errors in Donation Amount
   If you believe an error occurred in the amount charged during a monetary donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment.
   Refunds for incorrect charges will be processed within 7–10 working days, after verification.
